Hi I'm a 20 year old student at SFSU, originally from San Diego I currently work as a nanny in Pacific Heights and go to school I have an apartment with one other AWESOME male roommate who is also a student at SFSU The apartment has a small living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and one full bathroom w/tub which would be shared with all three of us don't worry we like to keep it extremely clean The actual room has a big closet and a large window that lets in plenty of light We live right next to an N Judah stop and plenty of shops which is very convenientThe Rent is $475 monthly, plus utilities which includes wireless internet, water, g&e they average out about $40 or less a month There is a deposit of $250 when moving in
I get up 8am - 10am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party occasionally.
I live in a 2 person co-ed household. Age 20 - 26.
I do not have any pets.
The apartment building (1-10 units) is located at 31st and Judah st.
