Laid back personality to elaborate that means I like fun but responsible people I hate drama and fights I have lived in SA by myself for 4 years at the same place I still have copies of my Leases to show steady payment history I have a great Job that pays most my bills So rent won't be an issue I would prefer to live month to month or a 6 month lease Want to save up to move to the stone oak 1604 area I work 9-5 but only sleep about 5-6 hours a day so if your a night owl it wont bother me I have two rescue cats if you dont allow them I would at least like to find a place that allows me to keep them outside They are both fixed and Ive had for over a year now By outside I mean Im allowed to leave food out for them daily so maybe if you have a yard we can work something out Not alot of people seem to like cats here : I will need a room big enough for a weight bench and a tree or Doorway that I would be allowed to install a pull up bar or any place you may have that can be used for that purpose Thats pretty much my main concerns

I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as average. I occasionally have overnight guests. I party rarely.
