Hello, I’m Sam and my partner and I recently purchased our home. We have a split-level, b house, in Wyoming, MI , that we would enjoy sharing as it's a bit much for just us. We’re an open minded younger couple who enjoy the outdoors, hanging with friends, the occasional cold beverage, adventuring, relaxing, and embracing the positives in life. We work first shift and are ideally looking for roommates with a similar schedule. We typically stay downstairs with our mastiff breed dog. He warms up to people pretty quick and is friendly with dogs and cats (he stays by us and will be downstairs when we arent home). Upstairs, we have 3 unfurnished private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. We’re still working on some finishing touches here and there as well as some furnishings but they are in the works and soon to come! There's some storage space as well as a washer and dryer downstairs that can be used at your discretion. We are located minutes from , in Wyoming, and across the street from a nice, spacious park. Behind the deck is extra grass area on the property, which leads to the front of the house on both sides to the front yard- a very large space for various activities. The front of the house has a large driveway for parking and a sidewalk pathway to enter the front door. Major freeways and intersections are located within 3 miles in any direction of the neighborhood, making it easy and convenient to travel across the Metro-Detroit Area. The neighborhood is located near multiple hubs of retail, stores, and services including grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, banks, car repair shops, etc.
