Rent is $1375/month and includes utilities + a gated, covered carport parking spot. The community amenities include a pool and clubhouse. The location is convenient - about 15 minutes from Uptown, 10 minutes from Lower Greenville, and 5 minutes from Preston Royal Shopping. Room is 16 x16, located on the second floor with a private bath and two walk-in closets.

The tech house - we have high speed fiber internet that is very reliable and the roommates have high end video game systems. We love to play call of duty zombies, doom etc. 2 guys live here now. This is a remote workers dream with high internet speeds and all the natural light but of course anyone is welcome. We prioritize people who want to make friends and have common interests.
