The house (not basement) is a 3 minute walk from Joyce Skytrain Station- super close and convenient!!! If you take the train you will only need a 1 zone pass to go downtown (roughly mins)🚊 It is also only 2 sky train stops to Metro town if you like to shop :) Honestly, it is s great location and super central to the city. Everyone is happy with the location!🍱 There are lots of restaurants and stores in the area- A&W, Trees cafe, Tim Hortons (opening very soon) Taku Sushi, Fresh Slice Pizza, Coco, Subway, Latin grocery stores, Chico Chicken and a Safeway located only minutes away.🚴 Central Park is about a 7 min walk away :)ABOUT THE ROOM…..This is the master bedroom in the house.
