Deposit:

The deposit (four hundred) is only meant to be used for particularly egregious, or non-accidental issues. So far everyone has received their full deposit back without issue.

Who we are:

I’m a software engineer, veteran, and nerdy polymath. Yulisa is a Colombian, barista, and exercise/foodaholic. Andrea is a board game pro, financial wizard, and dog lover. Simon is a world traveler, former Googler, and exotic food connoisseur.

Please note: We are not dependent on having roommates, so we tend to be a bit picky.
