Excelsior, SF near a beautiful park

We are a couple looking for someone to rent a room in our
house. We are looking for a someone who is respectful of space, clean and fairly quiet; not bringing the party back to the house. Room available is large sized including all utilities in Excelsior, Sf near John McLaren Park. Room is located downstairs off garage with backyard views. You will pretty much have the bathroom to yourself, only shared by the occasional guest. Bathroom is located in hallway of house. Room can be offered with a bed. A little about us, we are working professionals who wake up early during the week so we expect the house to be quiet at night. In our free time we enjoy cooking, watching tv, riding his motorcycle, hanging out with our cat, exercising and doing stuff around the house. Nearby are bus routes, Bart, muni train and freeways that can take you where you need to go! Off mission street are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Rental agreement is month to month. Dependent on your move in date rent can be pro-rated accordingly. A background check (for safety concerns) will be required upon moving in.
