I am Maheen Fatima an Masters student at University of Colorada Denver.

I have an Bath in Alivista Mile or Axis as it was known previously its on S Parker Rd.

The total Apartment rent is +Utilities. I am renting out the other room for excluding utilities (its Negotiable).

Its a single room with a seprate bathroom as you can see I have outlined on the floor plan.

I am looking for a female roommate. I am so I am looking fro someone close in age.

I Love Cats but am Allergic to dogs so unfortunately I cannot live with a dog other pets are welcome!

I have a few rules

1) No Alcohol in the Apartmet
2) No Boys or Male relatives allowed to spend the night

Other that I am a chill Person and would love to be your friend! I am an avid fanfic and novel reader so if you love books we will get along really well!

I am a fan of fantasy and sapphic fiction.

The room is available from Jan 1, as I already have a roommate who will be moving out by then, if you dont mind sharing with her for a time you can move in anytime. But the single would be availabe from 1 Jan.
