Private room for rent

Looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring and summer. The apartment is fully furnished, has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It’s a very safe apartment complex in a safe part of St Paul. There’s one other woman living there currently so whoever takes over the lease would have to be a woman as well. Pets are allowed for an extra fee each month, it’s only $ a month for pet rent. Parking is also available on the street or there is a big parking lot for an extra fee. The only utility bill you’ll receive is the electric, and the highest it’s been in years was $ per person. It’s a cheap place but doesn’t feel cheap in quality. Wi-Fi is provided and it’s fairly high quality
