Looking for a female sublease for winter semester! Rent is $ + Utilities. lease ends June!
Room would be downstairs and would get your own bathroom.
You will get your own parking spot and there is security cameras and it’s very well lit at night. There also is guest parking.
You would be rooming with two other ladies on the track and field team! They are very nice and very clean.
This apartment is no smoking/pets. Unless you have a letter from your doctor saying your pet Is your emotional support animal.
