Looking room in the cbd

Hi guys

I’m looking for a single room in the cbd or around. I’ll be arrive to Melbourne in around one week. I’m student and will work so I won’t spend a lot of time in the house.

I’m years old, I enjoy a dinner or beer with others however I like to keep myself busy as well. I’m clean and tidy and will pay the rent on time. My budget is $ per week.
