Room for rent ASAP!

I’m moving! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (super easy to remove me and add you to the lease) by December ! I share a bath with two roommates (one works for Disney and the other is in law school). They are great roommates to have! You would take over my bedroom and share a bathroom. It’s located in Irvine off university. Everything is furnished except the bedroom you’ll take over. The cat in the pictures is mine so he is not included in the apartment :) pets are allowed and guest are always welcomed over! You will have access to the entire apartment, with ample storage. There is a laundry facility on as well as a pool, hot tub, and BBQ area.
