NEED OVER FIFTY- ROOMMATE FOR MY BEAUTIFUL CONDO
Looking for a good natured, friendly, responsible roommate who only needs a bedroom (no other furniture). I live in a clean environment. No drugs, smoking or drinking at home.

I love to travel, especially cruises. I want a friendly, easy-going and respectful roommate who is Emotionally healthy and not Moody. I am a Conservative Christian so a Liberal is not a good match.
I have everything for sharing - furniture, dishes, small appliances, etc. All my roommate needs is her bedroom furniture and clothes! I am a 'young' seventy..

The condo is in Oaks Rancho Bernardo, an over- community and has a fabulous community center with tons of social activities and classes.
Doing remodeling right now so condo won’t be ready until May 1. I want to meet, have lunch and make sure compatibility is good. I want my roommate to be my friend.

My interests: Travel, movies, shopping, entertaining, board games, playing cards, reading and politics. I will need a background check.

Would like for roommate to work outside of home. I love pets but they are not allowed here.
