Subet for 6 months in Brooklyn Flat

There is a room avalible from January to June/July in an incredible Brooklyn flat. This timing is negotiatable if the dates don't quite suit you.

Room: decent sized, fits a queen bed and has a built in wardrobe. The room can come furnished, this is completely up to you. Gets afternoon sun and has been recently painted.

Flat: super spacious living room and bathroom. And the shower had the best water pressure. Flat is super great with even better flatties. 2 other people living in the house and a kitty cat. Flatties are late s. We just put in a little vege garden in the back deck to snack from.
Super close to the bus stops and Brooklyn shops.

Rent is additional for internet and flat things (cleaning products and t.p). Power bill is split evenly when it comes in.
