Move in January and lease runs through November with an option to extend! HUGE balcony, all upgraded appliances (gas stove, two door freezer, wine cooler), keyless entry and a nest, brand new in unit washer/dryer. Great amenities including a huge pool, sky lounge, etc. We would be willing to pay for January rent!
