Hello! I’m currently looking to sublease my room at The Cottages of Fort Collins from January to July. I live in a 5 bedroom with 4 other females and one has pet guinea pigs. The room has its own bathroom and the rent is $/mo. which already includes the $ furniture package. Utilities range from $. Amenities include gym, pool/hot tub, shuttle to campus, lounges, dog park, games and activities, etc. I’m looking to sublease ASAP.
