I am subleasing my room in apartment at the Bellarmine Hall. Girls only. $ rent including all utilities and fully furnished. Bull runner(orange) and hart bus stop right outside the complex which is really convenient. I have three other roommates who are super clean! The management is pretty good usually fixes stuff within a day. You can move in Jan. My lease ends st July but you can renew it after that. I have attached pictures of my apartment and my room below.
