The $ includes all utilities and wifi, and I am not asking for a deposit. I’m offering a fully furnished room in a classic Chicago building (aka, brownstone, 1st floor walk-up, over years old). Your room has a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, lock on door, direct sunlight - your window faces east. The apartment is walking distance from everything you'd need or want, close to the Clark, Damen, Foster, and Lawrence busses, and a minute walk to Argyle redline, and a lovely stroll to Foster Beach.
Wifi, water, gas, and electric included. I'm on a first floor walk-up, no lift.
We will do a zoom meet first to see if we are compatible and to answer each others' questions. :) If things seem to flow, we can plan an in-person viewing.

I'm a writer and self-employed. I practise a vegan lifestyle, am a daily Vedic Meditator, yin yoga enthusiast, and overall a stress-free individual who seeks a stress-free roommate. Really want to protect the atmosphere and energy here.
