Room sublet (female only)

Hello! I am subletting my room in an amazing apartment in the populous area of cleveland park. The apartment is just off of connecticut avenue, steps away from multiple grocery stores, target, coffee shops, CVS, and many reataurants.
The apartment is shared with an amazing lady who is quiet and neat. Many hiking trails are within a walking distance. Rent is $/month and utilities are $/month including internet, electricity, and gas. Bathroom is shared with one roommate.
Looking to sublet my room February 1st to April th (period is flexible up to January th)
The room is spacious and contains a bed, desk, book shelves, armoir, and a container shelve (happy to accommodate if you have extra furniture).
Cleveland park metro station is 5 mins walking, several bus lines are steps away.
