Amazing property, seeking lease takeover to start February 1 and last until July , with the option to resign a new lease. Very quiet, private large balcony, top floor. We’ve had no issues with the unit, we’re just unfortunately moving. No neighbors underneath, beautiful gym and pool and hot tub. Access to bike trails down the road. Dog park. Balcony with amazing views of pool and courtyard. Near Whole Foods, Kierland commons, Scottsdale quarter, and a ton of other food/shopping. Great rate for Scottsdale!
