Shared bedroom in 4 person apt

*NOT AN ENTIRE PLACE* (idk how to change that on the listing, new to the app) This is an unfurnished and shared bedroom.
I’m looking to sublet to a woman, all the other roommates are female and prefer the fourth roommate to be female as well. There are 2 bathrooms, one is yours to share with the girl you share a bedroom with and the other two girls share the other bathroom. The side of the room you would be taking over is the window side. This apartment is also very close to CU Boulder, so good for students. Close to the Bound bus stop as well as a few others. Utilities are a flat rate, but the $ fee I listed includes utilities, so that is all you pay monthly. No pets unfortunately, but there are some nice amenities. There is in-unit laundry (free) and a gym along with the other amenities listed under the amenities section.
