Room for Rent in Beautiful Burbank

Hey there!

We are an engaged couple looking to rent out the other room in our house. We currently occupy the master bedroom, but our good buddy just moved out and we need to fill his space. The house has 2 full bedrooms, and an office. There is a dining room, kitchen, living room, and laundry room.

We currently have a 4 month old German Shepard/Husky mix, she is the sweetest little nugget, so you will have to be okay with a puppers in the house.

We are working professionals, very active, built a home gym in the garage that you would have access too as well, and we have a huge backyard including a garden and firepit.

Hoping to have fill our home with another working professional or student who is like minded and easy going. The house is pretty much furnished, minus the unoccupied room.
