Looking for a lease takeover!

Hi there, I am looking for someone to take over my lease asap. I love my apartment so much but am needing to relocate as soon as I can. Has beautiful natural lighting, secure parking garage and overlooks Pike Place Market.
Has a balcony, and stainless steel appliances. You are able to keep the security deposit of course. Just need a suitable replacement. It is a one bedroom (not studio).
With high ceilings and in unit air conditioning. I have a cat and put down a security deposit for her. (if you do not have pets pet rent would not be included in the price). You also have the option to keep my parking spot, or not if you do not have a vehicle. For an additional rent. Plenty of storage and a walk in closet, with new washer and dryer. The lease ends in June, and you have the option for Month to month rent after that. It is currently priced much less than the other units in the building.

concierge, a rooftop on the th floor, and a dog running area. Security monitoring, and secure entrance.
Parking is an optional but additional $ (if you'd like a spot).
