Looking for roommates willing to pay $ monthly for unfurnished room. NO pets. Price includes private bedroom, one car parking space and a shared/guest bathroom. Access or use to other part of the house meaning kitchen, laundry and patio. The $ security deposit will be returned when you move out if there were no changes/damages to the walls, window or doors. The property is new construction . I do not accept people who smoke and who are not clean! I live with my two children and my dog! The rental room is on the second floor have a walking closet and is in front of the bathroom. It doesn’t bother me the use the kitchen but that it should be cleaned once it has been used. The same with the laundry once used is have to be clean and you must use your own products.
