Includes a microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator/freezer, and a hot plate. Renter may access the kitchen for more involved cooking/baking. Renter has access to the washer and dryer upstairs.

Ideal Renter:
Female renters are preferred with no children. Empty nester or college student. 6 month lease and signed 1 year lease afterwards. I would consider a young married couple (utilities would be split and additional rent negotiated).

Application:
$ background check per personal and application fee. No felonies or active charges. Prior to move-in, the renter must provide a $ refundable deposit plus first and last month's rent.

Respectful of 2 yr old in home between hrs of PM and AM
No overnight guests unless otherwise approved by the owner
