Have one room available for rent in South Augusta in a ba house for male roommate preferred. Half month security deposit. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Flexible move in date. There’s one shared half bath and another shared shower/tub. It’s a 5 minute drive to gate 5, quiet peaceful area, and close to multiple grocery stores.

The room is half furnished with a bed, small dresser, and desk. New guy must be clean, get along with everyone, help around the house, and pay rent on time. $ a month includes utilities, internet, and wifi. $ security deposit.

No one drinks or has guests over generally. No parties. No smoking. No pets. Maybe accept a cat since there’s two already. People keep to themselves and are nice. There are two roommates. Both have full-time jobs that keep them busy. The house is generally a quiet and clean place.
