The Mancave Room

The room is furnished with an extra-long double sized bed, 4K LED SMART TV (hooked up to Cable), nightstand, dresser, desk, window AC, mini-sized fridge, and closet. The home is tastefully decorated and features lots of "extras", including a Pro 8 pool table in the basement, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The home is stocked with commonly used household products, including cleaning supplies, and the kitchen is fully loaded for cooking and baking.

Shared spaces include a breakfast nook and a full-amenity common space with a full-sized refrigerator. There are two full-sized bathrooms on the first and second floors. Cleaning is expected to be done by all residents (each person cleans up after themselves and their rooms) and everyone is expected to participate in proper recycling and trash removal. Maintenance and general cleaning of common areas are provided, as well as snow removal of the front entry and street sidewalks.

The property is a city lot with a fenced-in side yard and bonfire pit. It is located in a quiet, non-through street neighborhood with minimal traffic and ample parking. The location is convenient for walking, running, or biking on Victory Memorial Parkway.

Looking for a single, employed individual who is interested in short or longer-term living. Shorter terms can be arranged for traveling professionals. Looking for someone who wants a safe, quiet, respectful, relaxing, pet-free, drama-free, non-smoking, "at home" experience. Quiet time is generally from pm, with consideration for others who work varied shifts.

All utilities (gas, electric, water, cable, internet) are included in the rent, which is $ per month. The lease is month-to-month with a proper -day notice. A one month's rent deposit is required. The room is available now. All individuals who may be interested must have acceptable rental histories and a background check is required.
