My unit has a private entrance and is quiet. It has a living room with big screen t.v. and a mini kitchen and frig. Full-size bed. Desk with wifi and ethernet connection. Close to downtown 7mins drive. The bus station is 5 min walk.

Groceries and restaurants are within 5 mins from the house.

Hot tub usage is included.

The bathroom has a shower and not a bathtub.
