bathroom apartment; looking for someone to take over my bedroom and private bathroom in One in Centre apartment building. You will have two roommates with you. Great location in North Oakland; walkable to Pitt and CMU and surrounding hospitals. Bus stop and bike share station right under apartment. hour CVS is right in front and a number of restaurants, Dollar General, and other stores. Minutes from Forbes and Fifth. It is on the th floor, apartment -B. Apartment comes with furniture, living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry washer and dryer. Rent includes WiFi and trash but you are responsible for other utilities.

Apartment is available ASAP and I am looking for someone to take over by the end of January. Apartment amenities include a gym, sauna, community lounge with billiards and ping pong table, golf simulator, and computer room with a free-to-use printer. There is a pool and grill area open during warm months. There is also a sky lounge on the th floor with a balcony open during warm months and a lounge accessible year-round.
