West Side Oasis - unfurnished room

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place, this is it! No loud music or parties inside, but we occasionally bbq and have get togethers in the backyard. I live here, and sometimes my girlfriend comes to visit. Otherwise, it would just be you and maybe one more renter in the house. Hobbies include hiking, coding and crypto, when I get a free minute from work or cleaning the pool :)

House: This listing is for an unfurnished bedroom with a walk-in closet, shared bath. (I also have a separate listing with a small, furnished bedroom with private bath for same price). You would have shared use of kitchen, laundry room, and backyard, including pool and hot tub with view of Mount Cristo Rey and Mexico. Also open to possibly renting a second room for a little extra. Plenty of parking; big driveway
