Basement Room

Hello, renting out the basement room of my house. You would have a bit more private space than the tenant upstairs. You have your own personal fridge, laundry/washer are yours to use. The bathroom is semi shared with the upstairs tenant. All utilities are included within the rent. I do have a cat, she's scared of people so they'll never be an issue with her. The room is furnished.
