ARLINGTON HEIGHTS SUBLEASE - Hi everyone! I'm trying to sublease my apartment in downtown Arlington Heights. The apartment is located on the th floor of the building facing towards the downtown AH area. It is a -bathroom sf apartment. The lease is set to expire on June with the option to renew directly with the leasing office. There are two fitness centers, two club rooms, a pool, covered parking, and Luxor package locker. I am willing to leave the "This must be the place" neon sign and green wall and it will be yours at the end of the lease. If you don't want it, I can remove.

Monthly Parking: $ per space (optional)
