We have a room available for rent in a beautiful home with a pool in the rancho cucamonga area. Within walking distance from Victoria Gardens, you will enjoy a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home has an alarm system and is move in ready for responsible female. No couples, pets, partying or drugs allowed. Utilities and WiFi included. Private Bathroom with dual sinks and a tub, plenty of storage as well. We are empty-nesters looking for someone responsible, respectful and clean. This is a minimum 6 month lease rental. Easy access to both the freeway. Close to Walmart, Target, Restaurants, Sprouts, etc. We have a small dog that’s hypo allergenic and another one outside that’s a guard dog.
