Sublease private room

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease which is a bath at The Standard in Fort Collins from now to July as I graduated in December. A female roommate is preferred. The unit is a two bedroom and two bath on the fifth floor. My roommate is a sophomore and she is studying electrical engineering at CSU.
From my bedroom window you can see the stadium and is a short walk to the CSU campus. Parking is included in the rent which gives you access to the parking garage which is connected to the building. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.
Utilities are paid separate. At The Standard, amenities include; gym, clubhouse, sauna, computer lab with free printing, study rooms, a game room, resident lounge, on- management/maintenance, and a roof top pool. Feel free to reach out to me at if you are interested!
