A few popular spots within walking distance are Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, Cry Baby Cafe, Cafe Dufrain, Watervue Grille, American Social, Jackson’s, Greenwise Publix, and two dry cleaning places within the complex. The complex has 3 pools and a fitness center. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. Washer and dryer in-unit. You would have one male roommate who is easy to get along with.
