Fancy apartment in Fenway

Sublease of one room apartment in Fenway (Queensberry st) from May 2th until July th (both included).
The apartment has a nice room with a queen size bed, a kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, hall and a closet. It's fully furnished and it icludes two air conditi in the livingroom and one in the bedroom). It also includes sheets, blankets, crockery... Laundry in the building, downstairs.
I am a Brigham and Women's Hospital worker, i have the apartment until Augus th but i am not going to use it for three months.
The prize would be $ per month all utilities included (also wifi).
In the principle my idea is to rent the three months to the same person but it is possible to talk about it.
