All utilities, internet included. Garage parking (available for additional $/month). Basically, it's move-in ready for all you travelling nurses out there. Nearby hospitals include: Swedish Medical Center, Harborview, Virginia Mason, Kinder, and Polyclinic. Walking distance to Whole Foods, and the vibrant Capitol Hill.
I love my place, and I love my neighbors, and my neighborhood, and I hope you will do too. I also have plants that I am hoping you can help with watering (schedule provided)
I will ask that you can verify your employment, three references, and sign a contract. I am offering year term. Deposit will be $, refundable after move-out (cleaning fees, and repair fees applied).
Unit will be furnished with living room, dining room, bedroom furniture: Standing desk, Kitchen Island, coffee table, couch, projector, Home throughout, wireless, smart home with Assistant, bed.
