We have a room available for 1500+ Utilites (split). It’s the entire first floor: (unfurnished) private bed with French doors, high ceilings, detached private bath, and private patio with private entry, with extra storage closet. There’s a parking space available as well. It’s a gated community. Our house is 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 2800 sq ft. Washer/dryer in unit. My friend and I use rooms on the 3rd fl. Kitchen/living is on 2nd fl. We’re both in our 30’s and we have one cat he’s friendly. Room will be available end of April and need someone for long term.

Location is in Garden Grove near the 22 fwy on Beach.
