Current rent is $/mo including gas, maintenance, pest control, water and other utilities. The rent is super affordable for the area because it is not one of the newest luxury apartments.
Deposit is $, pets allowed, w/d in building, elevator, multiple closets and large windows that let in a lot of natural light. Whoever takes over the lease must make about $4k/mo.
The apartment (about sq ft) will come fully furnished for a very small fee.
Besides the convenience of the location and not having to worry about utilities, it’s really nice that lease take over is allowed if life circumstances change.
I have deeply enjoyed living in the apartment, it took me a long time to find exactly what I wanted, yet I now will be moving to another city.
