Private room with shared bathroom

Hello Folks

There's is a bedroom available for p/w in the share house where I live.
The bedroom is quite large (m) with a spacious built-in robe.
The house is located in Balwyn between Belmore St and Whitehorse Rd. Transport means are nearby: tram to Melbourne Town Hall or Box Hill. Train from Surrey Hills train station to Flinders Street Station in about mins. There are two Coles nearby. One little in Belmore shopping strip and a Local one in Surrey Hills shopping precinct.
If you like a quite neighbourhood with lots of green around this is a good to place to be. If you like running /jogging or walking... Well, there are a lots of places to go and .
The room will be available in February with flexible dates to move in, with a minimum stay of at least months.
