Nice guy, looking to rent a room

Looking for a room for rent … I am a year old contractor and work most of the time. i’m a quiet & very clean person. i’ve been legally separated for two years now, and started my non-contestant dissolution of marriage with my soon to be ex-wife. I am a good cook as well if that helps, lol.
Please let me know if anyone knows of an efficiency apartment or someone who is willing to rent out their basement or a room or even a garage … I have no problem with finishing off a garage for someone so it will add value to their home as well as allow me a place to lay my head for a while.
