This is a bathroom at 3rd floor apartment, located in a residential area in Briarwood, Queens. My husband and me use bathroom, the other room is a studio to work from home, and the available for rent room has a private bathroom, and it is located at the back of apartment. This is a 3 Apartment building. We are looking for a quiet and clean female roommate, friendly with cats to rent a furnished bedroom.
We keep a clean, quiet home. Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with access to F & E Train.
FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY. One furnished bedroom/full bathroom available for rent. Available bedroom is ft with closet comes partially furnished. Bedroom furnishings include: a queen-size bed, dresser w/mirror, Desk, nightstand, TV. Roommate will have access to a full kitchen, dining / living room, in-Building washer/dryer. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (heat, water, electricity, trash removal, and internet).

We have a very sweet cats. They are friendly and will stay out of your room. We keep their litters clean all time.
