Sublet or longer?

Looking for a room for me, my two cats and lizard to sublet or possibly stay on longer than August st move in preferred, earlier if its a great fit. I work nights at a hospital and sleep most of the day so you wont usually see me until after 3pm. One cat is an esa and both live in my room % of the time and can stay in there all the time if needed. I’m coming from a co-op so I’m a great communicator, pretty handy, love making big meals and enjoy communal living. I love to cook and bake, listen to music/go see live music, take care of my houseplants and hangout with my pets. Not super noisy besides me laughing listening to music (happy to put on headphones) or being clumsy. Very covid conscious triple vaxxed hope that you are too.
