Renting to girls for at A&M!

Howdy! I am looking for 2 girls to rent next fall ! The town house is fully furnished with one bedroom for $ a month and another room with a queen size bed and is $ a month. Additionally, the utilities are free and parking is also free to residents and visitors. I will be a senior Biology major next year at Texas A&M and am super easy going! I spend most my time studying and relaxing at home and am hoping to find girls very similar! The house is in a gated residential neighborhood with a clubhouse that has a gym, pool, movie room, and lounge area. Each townhome has parking right in-front of the entrance as well. It is near the highway close to HEB and is no more than a minute drive to campus. There is also a bus that picks up right outside the neighborhood that goes to campus.
