Stay in NYC from April-June!

Looking for someone to sublet from beginning of - to end of

Open to couples / cats or small dogs.

Ideal for someone who may not want to live in New York, but just wants to visit for a short time period or is waiting to secure housing elsewhere.

Will just be taking the price of two months of rent, no extra fees.

Another person lives in the apartment, and you’d be able to meet them as well to see if it’s a good mix. y/o female.
