I will be going abroad this summer and am looking for someone to take over my lease from the beginning of May until the end of August (until the end of my lease, but I'm flexible with move in and out dates).

Location: on Washington. Washington Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN,

Considered in the Stadium Village area, the apartment is a 7 minute walk from Coffman Union. I have 1 other roommate who typically keeps to herself and is quite busy most of the time. I consider this location and apartment to be comfortable and quiet.

Can keep furnished or unfurnished. Comes with private bed, 8 drawers, private bathroom with shower, closet, desk, washing machine, a TV, a microwave, stove, and we already have cooking supplies for you to use!

Gas, water, and electricity is paid separately from monthly lease, and typically amounts to $ (is a shared price between roommate and you).
