I want to rent out the empty room in my house to someone who meets the following requirements:
Non-smoker and yes that includes weed.
Not working from home.
NO Pets. ( Unfortunately, I cannot accept pets due to my allergy)
Responsible, tidy, and organized.
No drama or emotional instability.
No overnight guests allowed.
The house is fully furnished with new furniture, including a bed, mattress, nightstand, bedside lamp, bedding, pillows, and blankets. I can also provide a TV upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped.
