Hi! My 3 roommates & I are looking for someone to pick up the lease of a roommate who is moving out in June.
About the house:
The room is definitely on the smaller side but the rent is an absolute steal, as the house is a min walk from rittenhouse square & the communal spaces are huge. We also have a finished basement and outdoor space. Our landlord is the best and extremely responsive, and the whole house is furnished already so you only need to worry about your room. While the room does not have a closet, the current tenant has transformed the basement into a dressing room situation / mini walk in closet so you are welcome to do the same. This room has a full bathroom shared with two tot her tenants,. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement alongside an additional half bathroom.
about us:
The 4 of us are all really chill and not too chaotic. We all love hanging out and doing movie nights & binging bad reality tv in the living room so if your looking to hang with your roomies we are down but also will totally respect your space if that is more your vibes. Also note that we are a very friendly household so looking for someone who doesn’t mind smoking in the house (ALL CIGARETTES OUTSIDE) we are also an LGBTQ+ friendly household so no bigots lolz. We all work / go to school throughout the week but we are not strict on shutting down the house at any set time. While we are not necessarily a party house, we are also cool with guests coming through, just communicate it:)
The rent for the room is currently $ with utilities but with our landlord raising the rent slightly, you are looking at about $/momth
