Also another room for rent in the same house. Size is smaller than picture, no bed no closet! $ per month has lights and ceiling fan. Its by the washer and dryer, next to kitchen this is the reason why rent is cheap for this extra room.
About the roomies

I work from home, and have a doodle. Gf also busy with 2 jobs. Just work and school at night for me! Hike sometimes weekends. No smoking here, dog allowed if it hypoallergenic and well trained. We love students and hard working people like us to be our roommate.

Tenant: ✅Must pass credit & criminal check ✅Must provide proof of employment in the form of past two check stubs ✅Must provide proof of COVID- Vaccination ✅Must provide references ✅Must be ok living with others and golden doodle ✅Must be considerate of other people’s schedule, work, please and respectful of their space. No parties, no drugs, and please no loud noises after PM. Moderate noise ok before 9pm. No overnight guests allowed. ✅Must be inclusive of people’s identities, be clean, and help clean after your self, and be ok sharing a bathroom
