SWF in s seeking a room for month to month in Riverdale- Bronx. Male or Female is fine. Broadway area and west of Broadway to Hudson River area.

Will pay $ per month. I can pass a background check. I will not submit any information online. Must meet in person- this is the internet after all.

I have a car. A place with available parking near by would be great. I can also run errands and help around the place if needed for rent deduction.
